Who We Are

Wallbank Industrial is an organization committed to creating significant and lasting value for our people and society through manufacturing.

Our Drive

Wallbank Industrial’s mission is to create a group of companies with common visions, values, and key practices, all aimed at impacting one billion lives annually.

To do this, we invest in our people and create an environment for students of leadership, where our people come to work eager to contribute to a high-performance, people-oriented atmosphere at a place where how the results are achieved matters as much as the results themselves. This culture enables a robust talent pipeline and continual growth opportunities for our people within the different operating entities of Wallbank Industrial.

Core Values

The Foundation of Our Organization
Treat Others As You Would Want to be Treated

Put others first. Care about their success. Look for opportunities for them to grow and develop. Be there for colleagues, especially in challenging times.

Either Win or Learn

Be unapologetic for striving to and executing at the highest levels, but be humble in our success, knowing that success tomorrow is not promised.

Take Ownership

Treat the company like it’s your own. Think beyond yourself and even your team. Spend each dollar like it’s your own. Do the right thing when others aren’t watching.

Challenge the Status Quo

Be different. Not for the sake of just being different but believing that where we are different is what creates value and competitive advantage.

Our Evolution

Wallbank Industrial comprises multiple operating companies to maximize our impact on the world through a consistent “how.” While the businesses are divergent, we achieve our impact through a consistent vision, values, and key practices.

PJ Wallbank Springs, the first entity under Wallbank Industrial, began in 1982 when Mel Wallbank recognized the advantage of spring assemblies instead of using loose, single springs for automotive transmission clutches. For over 40 years, PJWS has continued to manufacture spring assemblies and now distributes them to customers around the globe. While the company has experienced significant growth, its focus on having a dramatic impact on the world through people has remained a top priority.

Edison Manufacturing and Engineering (Edison) was launched in 2020. As Wallbank Industrial’s second entity, Edison specializes in the build and assembly of complex mobility and energy products.
